Return and Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement. To process your request, please email us at support.usa@aromaconcepts.com with pictures of the damaged or incorrect items and your order number. In this case, we will also refund the shipment charges. Please note that any customs or duties paid are non refundable and will not be refunded.
Undamaged Items
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer a 14-day refund policy for undamaged items. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging with the cellophane unbroken. Please email us at support.usa@aromaconcepts.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Note that the shipment cost will not be refunded, and any gifts included with the product must also be returned in their original form. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a partial or no refund. Refunds will be issued within 5 days after we receive the product in our warehouse.
Delayed Shipments
- For shipments to the UK, US, and Pakistan, if your shipment is delayed by more than 20 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
- For shipments to the EU, if your shipment is delayed by more than 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds/returns on sale items.
- We do not accept any returns that are requested beyond the 14-day eligibility period of receiving the order.
We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility for returns and refunds.
